These Community Guidelines set out what is and is not permitted on Scuttle. They apply across the Services, including profiles, private messages, and Sessions, as well as any other features we make available from time to time.
These Community Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. If you breach these Guidelines, we may remove content and we may ban or delete your account. Where it is required by law, or where it is reasonably necessary for safety, we may report matters to the relevant authorities.
If you see content or behaviour that may breach these Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools (where available) or by contacting support@scuttleapp.com.
1. Adults only and child safety
The Services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over (or the legal age of majority where you live, if that is higher). We take a zero-tolerance approach to underage use and to any content involving minors.
- You must not create or use an account if you are under 18 (or under the applicable age of majority).
- You must not misrepresent your age, or claim to be a minor.
- You must not contact, encourage, or engage with anyone you believe may be underage.
- You must not upload, share, request, store, or attempt to obtain any content involving minors, including where a minor appears incidentally in the background.
- You must not sexualise minors in any way, including through jokes, fantasies, roleplay, or "age play".
We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities without delay.
